Today, I use my platform to empower home cooks to reduce their dependence on eggs, discover smarter substitutions, and enjoy recipes that support their wellness. My goal is to make egg-free cooking practical, flavorful, and accessible for every kitchen.

My mission is to empower home cooks to become 5% less dependent on eggs by providing reliable, tested egg alternatives. Through clear experiments, honest results, and practical plant-based swaps, I make egg-free cooking accessible, trustworthy, and stress-free, because I test the alternatives so you don’t have to.
